We pick you up early in the morning with private minivan from your istanbul hotel.

Domestic flights price is not included in the price announced and need to be arranged by us to manage a seamleass connection with your group tour in Ephesus.

When your plane lands on we will be ready to meet and transfer you Ephesus ancient city.

At the end of the day we will drop you to izmir airport and again be ready in istanbul airport to drop you back to your hotel.

Transfers in istanbul has been priced from istanbul city center hotels area like Sultanahmet and/or Taksim area.

What to Expect

There will be a walking during tour in sites approximately 1.5 miles on uneven and cobblestone surfaces with inclines and 10-30 steps.We do recommend to wear comfortable shoes, a hat and plenty of sunscreen as shade is limited. Your Guide may alter the order of the tour itinerary in order to avoid congestion.

Itinerary

Transfer from your hotel

Depends on your flight time we will pick you up from your hotel on a suitable time with our private minivan.

Flight to izmir

You will take a flight appx. 1 hour 30 minutes to izmir Airport.

Transfer from izmir Airport to Ephesus Ancient City

Our morning drive takes us from Swiss lakes to Swiss Army. At the once-secret Swiss army bunker at Fortress Fürigen, we’ll see part of the massive defense system designed to keep Switzerland strong and neutral. Afterward, a short drive into the countryside brings us to the charming Alpine village of Engelberg, our picturesque home for the next two days. We’ll settle into our lodge then head out for an orientation walk. Our stroll through the village will end at the Engelberg Abbey, a Benedictine monastery with its own cheese-making operation. You’ll have free time to wander back before dinner together. Sleep in Engelberg (2 nights). Bus: 1 hr. Walking: light.

Full Day Ephesus Tour

You will have a full day Ephesus tour with a small group.
We will start with Isa Bey Mosque one of the finest example from Selcuk Architecture.
Next we will visit Ephesus Ancient city. Second largest Roman Empire city with Library Of Celsus and 25.000 seats capacity of Theater where St.Paul preached.
Our guide will take you all of them and explain the monuments and history.
You will have free time to enjoy the area with your own pace and have pictures.
Lunch will be served as open buffet in a local Turkish restaurant.
In the afternoon you will have chance to see how hand made Turkish Carpets weaved by nomads.
Next stop will be Virgin Mary House, it is believed where she spent last years of her life.
Temple of Artemis will be another site we will visit before tour ends.
